    Verdict

SLEEPING NIGHT can roll back the years and come home in front of Lawyer Des Ormeaux and Yann's. Sleeping Night has finished second in the Charlie Hall and Rendlesham in his time and gained a notable success in the Foxhunters at Cheltenham and continues to race with the same zest as he showed when chasing home Brooklyn Breeze at Ayr. These conditions hold no fears for him and he should go close. Lawyer Des Ormeaux never reached those heights in his career and ran a stinker last time but he won't lack for assistance from the saddle and is capable of better. Yann's has been around the block once or twice and his stamina could be a key weapon in this battle with this track likely to suit him better than the tight turns of Fakenham where he found one too good on his most recent outing. He may have to settle for that role again with Sleeping Night preferred.
