In depth

Verdict

Full On, Classic Capers and Delray Beach look the three for the shortlist in this handicap chase with the vote given to Delray Beach. The selection was returning from a long break at Wetherby last time when a fair third behind Olay Olay. He should come on plenty for that outing and with the ground to suit we will nominate Ferdy Murphy's mare as the one to beat. Full On has been enjoying a fruitful spell but he continues to climb in the weights and it may now be worth taking him on. Classic Capers looked as though he could be coming to hand at Carlisle last time when fourth behind Naunton Brook in a hot race. He is capable of making his presence felt today, while Keith Reveley's High Cotton should be fitter here after plugging-on last time on his seasonal bow. A tricky race this which can go the way of Delray Beach.
