Watching this large field thundering around Hexham should prove a fine spectacle with the excellent team of Jo Foster and Samantha Drake taken to bring the prize home with the in-form CARA COURT. A winner of three of five starts since joining his new yard from Ireland, he has gone up 16lb since his first UK success and admittedly faces a tough task at the weights now. However, this prominent racer goes really well for his talented rider, handles the ground well and could still have more to come. Matmata de Tendron scored here last time and it would be no surprise to see the old boy give another good account. He'll certainly be staying on when others have cried enough. Ferdy Murphy fires a quartet of bullets at the target, with Samson Collonges making most appeal although he remains unproven on these faster conditions, whilst Blazing Diva and Soul Angel, both consistent but exposed, are also respected.
