    Verdict

Bushido from the bang in form Sue Smith yard is taken to get back on the winning trail. The gelding won well at Carlisle a couple of runs ago and ran well in defeat when second behind Mr Midaz last time. He is proven on this fast ground and he will be hard to beat with Paul Madden taking off a handy seven pounds. Thoutmosis rates the main danger he won well on his hurdling debut at Kelso when defeating Thunder Canyon and should improve but this is a much more competitive contest. Transit has shown a modicum of ability over hurdles but he gives the impression he does not fully see out the trip. However he has definite place claims in this modest affair. Of the remainder Polished is from a yard in top form and any market confidence should be noted.
