Verdict

URBAN KODE was only beaten a length-and-a-half in a much more competitive handicap at Newcastle two runs ago and wouldn't have enjoyed the softer going at Kelso last time. He can get off the mark over timber here. Stablemate Barello Road is becoming increasingly unreliable while Benluna has also been pulled up in two of his last three starts. Devil Water has been racing over further between the flags and Sleeping Policeman has to improve on what he's shown so far if he's to figure.
