Reckless Venture can land this at the expense of Toy Gun and Union Deux. The selection is six pounds higher for his course and distance win and although he was breaking his maiden tag on that outing he looks like an improving individual who could just run up a sequence now confidence is on his side. Toy Gun was a winner at Ayr over hurdles on heavy ground back in January. Since then he ran well first time over fences at Carlisle and if he shows further improvement he has to be a live danger. Union Deux was well backed when falling at Haydock last time out. He has been a little in and out in his performances although on the other hand he has shown decent form when on song so any market moves should be noted. But for the winner we return to Reckless Venture.
