Verdict

Commemoration Day lost nothing in defeat last time behind the highly regarded Joyryder and gets our vote ahead of Autumn Red and Marvellous Dream. That event which the selection contested at Warwick last time was in essence a match and the form may be decieving but the winner is a 110 rated performer and open to considerable improvement. Some may question his awkward head carriage at the point his rider was throwing down their challenge but he was never getting on terms. Nothing of Jyryders' quality appears to exist here and Commemeration Day is a confident choice. Autumn Red lost nothing in defeat behind the exciting Oscar Park last time but according to issued ratings he has quite abit to find with the selection. There are races to be won with him and with him remaining open to improvement, should Commemeration Day display any hesidancy, Autumn Red is the one that can avail. Marvellous Dream has to be respected hailing from these quarters but weakened very quickly in an ordinary maiden chase at Folkestone last time. Commemeration Day is a confident selection to come home in front.
