Eila can defy her penalty and confirm Folkestone form with Lady Pilot, with Takotna and Heebie Jeebie best of the remainder. One or two unexposed sorts make a market check essential with Happily Ever After and Lady Roisin two to note in particular but those at the head of the market have solid form claims. Eila had shown little prior to winning her handicap bow but there was no fluke about that success and she is taken to follow up. Lady Pilot was just over 2 lengths adrift despite not getting the best of runs; she is weighted to reverse the form but the Twiston-Davies trained mare is unexposed and may be able to pull out a little more. Heebie Jeebie showed improved form to chase home a progressive rival at Ludlow last time and has reasonable each-way claims on that evidence but Takotna's supporters will need to forgive a below par run at Exeter before her supporters weigh in.
