Verdict

REBEL HUNTER just ran out of juice towards the finish during a long run in at Sedgefield last time out, but this looks a perfect opportunity to pick up a first win under rules. Tony McCoy is in the saddle again and Rebel Hunter gets the vote. Pool Of Knowledge makes a first start over fences but has a sole win over timber to his name and could play a part. Persian Gates showed some promise last month in his first chase start and could be prominent again. Vasodilator is better rated over hurdles whilst Fidelis is starting to look a little exposed as a maiden from eleven jumps outings. However he is respected after back-to-back second places when last seen in May as he may have come on over the summer.
