Not a strong bumper to conclude proceedings and we'll side with RUDANPAST, while Saddlers Deal and Bonny Zara represent yards that do well in this sphere. Bonny Zara is a nicely bred mare, being a sister to hurdle winner Kayceecee, and the daughter of a dual bumper and hurdle winner. Nigel Twiston-Davies is no stranger to bumper success and she could go very well first time. Saddlers Deal hails from the northern yard of Malcolm Jefferson, who had a winner on Saturday and should be capable of getting a good tune out of this one, although the ground may be a bit too quick for the four-year-old. Swing State will be no easy-beat after making the frame at Market Rasen last time, with the experience there to draw upon, while Alwaysonthemove will probably have to improve on his recent Fontwell run if he is to take this. Rumbling Thunder has not had people rushing to make a purchase, and may come into his own over longer trips, so we'll side with Rudanphast. Tony McCoy is probably a significant booking here for this gelding whose dam was a 10f winner in Germany and 2m 1f hurdle winner in France. His sire acted well on fast ground and there are enough pointers there to get us interested.
