In depth

Verdict

Allardyce has been quite consistent since arriving from Ireland, where he won four times. Loud As Lions, a course and distance winner, and Peter's Portrait are both returning from lengthy absences but could figure if fully wound-up but INVINCIBLE CAVE hinted at a revival last time at Lingfield and may be capable of going one better here racing off the same mark with no excuses forthcoming for Lord Sparky’s showing at Southwell last time. Zuckerberg has proved expensive to follow but may be best of the rest ahead of chasing debutant Freddy Fanatapan.
