In depth

Verdict

Django Django ran easily his best race to date at Doncaster last time, staying on well in the closing stages. He’ll be fancied to go one better here with Jonjo O’Neill Junior taking off 7lb but THE BLUES MASTER has also been showing promise. Four-year-olds still get a handy allowance at this time of year and Alan King’s grey may well be suited by this sharper track given his style of running. Stormingin is interesting newcomer for Don Cantillon given he won on the Flat in Ireland and Macksville won over 1m6f on the all-weather in September. Ar Mest was highly tried on his hurdling debut at Kempton and still has time on his side.
