Verdict

ORTHODOX LAD won a maiden hurdle at Worcester before finishing runner-up at the same track back in handicap company. He gets the nod racing off the same mark today ahead of top weight Tamarillo Grove. The latter won in this grade at Newton Abbot last month and has been keeping better company since. Brasshound can be given a chance on his earlier second at Stratford which looks stronger form than Emerald Glade's victory in a seller at Market Rasen last week. Kayfton Pete could prove best of the rest.
