Verdict

Reckless Behavior doesn't look the easiest of rides but Sean Bowen coaxed him around Southwell last week and he didn't know he'd had a race. He arrives here with a penalty so it will be interesting to see how he copes. He has to concede 26lb to ALANJOU, who was having his first start for Barry Brennan when overcoming a couple of mistakes at Plumpton. An 8lb rise looks a bit harsh but he's given the nod over Taaffes Castle, just touched off over fences at Newton Abbot after another narrow defeat over timber at Warwick. Winning point-to-pointer Sapphire Noire was returning from a long break when running well for a long way at Wincanton and has to be respected with Tom Buckley's 8lb claim a plus.
