VANCOUVERITE could be a high-class recruit to hurdling as he only found one too good in a Group 1 on Turf at Meydan last year when trained by Charlie Appleby having landed a Group 2 earlier at Deauville for Andre Fabre. He'll take all the beating if fully wound-up. Gambol and Brigadoon have already been placed in similar contests but both disappointed last time.
