In depth

Verdict

DON'T RUSH IT can win this now ridden by a professional jockey; Sirkeel, Ormello and Soul Angel look the three biggest dangers. This race shouldn't take much winning and the selection comes here on the back of a good second at Catterick under an inexperienced rider. This ground should be ok judging by his form when trained over in Ireland and fit after that Catterick spin he can come out on top today. Sirkeel heads the weights and he is another who should strip fitter for a recent outing; on the bare form his run behind Raysrock looks solid. Patavium was a no-show last time but would be interesting with market support today, Its Tough ran in a better race last time out, whilst Ormello's third to Bob's Dream could be franked earlier in the day. Original Fly looks recalcitrant, Turtle Spirit and Soul Angel give Sandy Forster a strong hand, whilst Jane Does needs a market check after a recent fitness run at Newcastle. Thatlldoforme is a course and distance winner so commands respect, however in a weak finale it is Don't Rush It who is preferred.
