In depth

Verdict

My Flora had a simple task at Stratford last month and won with the minimum of fuss. But she faces no easy task here giving 24lb to LADY OF VERONA, if taking Craig Nichol's claim into account. Lucinda Russell's mare was always going well when scoring at Hexham last month and was value for much further than the seven-length winning margin. The Flaming Matron was pulled up on her chasing bow while Maggie Blue was well behind the selection last time. Harrys Whim is racing from 32lb out of the handicap.
