Course and distance winner Rolecarr is 29lb higher than when scoring at Hexham in November but continued to resist the handicapper when scoring here last time. He should go well again but a chance is taken with BENMADIGAN, beaten light years by the selection on that occasion. However, that was his first run for five months and all his best form has arrived on the good to firm conditions he faces here. He is a speculative choice. Altan Khan is genuine and consistent and seems to enjoy sharp tracks, whilst Sheriff Hall has his fledgling chase career put on hold and should give a good account off the bottom perch.
