Verdict

Gin Cobbler is usually thereabouts without being good enough off his current mark while this looks more competitive than the chase Freddie Brown finished second in here last month. SUPRISE VENDOR looks a better bet despite a 7lb rise as he scored at Hexham by five lengths on his latest start and should be capable of following-up on that evidence. Endeavor won over hurdles here recently and makes more appeal back over fences than Some Lad and the other winning hurdler Alba King.
