In depth

Verdict

Night Affair is the least exposed here and could well improve beyond her current rating but she's not obviously well treated on her handicap bow so instead we turn to SPRING GREEN with Love You Louis also considered. The selection dumped her maidens tag on her only attempt over this trip on softish ground at Bath two starts ago. That was followed with a nice effort on her handicap debut when the going was on the quick side and although up two pounds for that she looks fairly treated. Night Affair won her debut run in a maiden in good style but was unable to follow up next time out in handicap company off this mark. She could improve beyond this rating but it looks worth taking her on this time. Love You Louis is one from one over course and distance when two pounds lighter and needs to be respected while Simple Rhythm is no stranger to success over the minimum trip and is racing under a winning burden. Not a bad start to the card where Spring Green is given the vote.
