Verdict

Yet another tight handicap to unravel on today's card and a speculative vote on this occasion goes the way of CIRCUITOUS. He can race off a lower mark on the Polytrack and nearly took advantage when runner-up at Wolverhampton recently. Kai also finished second on his latest start at the same track but over a shorter trip while previous C&D winner Fortunate Bid has been placed off his current mark of late. Mr Optimistic continues to tumble down the weights but has shown no signs of a resurgence yet.
