      Verdict

Pint Size is tough and consistent and has won claimers both on turf and the Fibresand this year. He'll be thereabouts again here but MAHKAMA is the one to beat. She needed only to be pushed out when a convincing winner over C&D last month and the form is working out pretty well. Saeed Bin Suroor's filly can follow-up today at the chief expense of Democretes, who disappointed over 7f last time but won nicely over today's trip at Newmarket before that. Richard Hughes prefers him to stablemate Shere Khan and there should be more to come from Brimstone Hill.
