Verdict

A hood appeared to transform FLIGHT OF FANTASY here in November as she only went down by a short-head to the useful Al Hamdany, though she had been knocking on the door on Turf off this sort of mark in the summer. If the headgear works a second time, Ed Dunlop’s filly should take all the beating. Boychick enjoyed a golden patch on the all-weather around this time last year but hasn’t raced since ending a frustrating sequence at Windsor in July when 3lb lower. Course and distance winner Erinyes is a possible improver in first-time blinkers but Sonnetist’s victory last month came on Fibresand. Top Beak may be best of the rest, though Status Quo is fit from hurdling and has won on Tapeta.
