In depth

Verdict

A course and distance winner in September, Cauthen has come up just short in a couple of subsequent starts and should be in the mix once again. Silverturnstogold and Maid Millie are usually thereabouts without winning and the former is fitted with blinkers for this while Mister Freeze found one too good yet again last time. The returning African Blessing has gone well fresh before but a chance is taken on the returning AVORISK ET PERILS as she showed improvement at Brighton on her handicap debut and Gary Moore’s filly has more scope than most of these.
