      Verdict

All four horses with experience have been beaten by the progressive Izzer. Gingersdunthelot and Arbuckle finished well down the field behind him at Doncaster but John Betjeman was beaten only a length at Bath with Lihou the same distance further back. Mick Channon should have good handle on the form given he trains Izzer and, having won with all three of his two-year-old runners so far this year, KINKS gets the nod to make a winning start with Dixieland, Sir Ox and Disruptor other newcomers to keep an eye on.
