Verdict

BRAVE COMMAND found only one to good on his racecourse debut at Folkestone last month. With that form already in the book, he gets the vote ahead of some likely looking newcomers including stablemate and American-bred Filfil. 72,000gns purchase Derwentwater is another to consider while a half-brother to Alcaeus made a winning debut so Sir Mark Prescott's colt is worth noting. Veturia, Intimidate and Abraq have shown glimpses of promise and Elhaame will have come on for the experience of his debut at Newmarket and should finish closer.
