In depth

Verdict

This looks really tricky with both Discoverer and Fairway To Heaven landing their maidens on the Polytrack last month and open to plenty of improvement, while last year's Redcar winner Right Divine is not easily dismissed on his return to action. Adranian continued his good progress with a victory at Wolverhampton last time, but the tentative vote goes to PALE ORCHID. She gave the impression today's extra furlong would suit when scoring over 6f in good style at this track a fortnight ago and a hat trick looks a distinct possibility. The consistent Mr Knightley is a C&D winner but may find at least a couple too good in this.
