Alec Stewart has enjoyed a particularly profitable campaign and recent Pontefract winner Lafi may be able to add to the tally. The son of Indian Ridge showed a willing attitude to go past a useful yardstick (pair well clear) and there should be plenty more to come from this lightly raced type who looks fairly treated on his handicap bow. Bright Green looks better at this trip rather than further and rates a danger after getting off the mark at the same venue last time while Out For A Stroll boasts solid recent handicap form and this consistent performer looks sure to be in the shake up along with Wiggy Smith who races off the same mark as when a close runner-up at Sandown last month.
