Not the most thrilling handicap in prospect here and Mythical Charm is a token selection to beat the likes of Perfect Practice, Tilsworth Charlie and Shantina's Dream. The selection enjoys it around here and has won a couple of banded races at the venue, but this is not really much better than that sort of contest in truth. The mare has been in pretty good form without winning just lately and if she can hold her form then it might just be her turn today. Perfect Practice was sent off favourite to win a similar handicap here last time but disappointed and has a bit to prove now. Tilsworth Charlie is a serious contender if getting home over this mile after going well at 6f on her last two starts. Her pedigree suggests she should get the trip but the reality is that she has never really proved that on the track. Shantina's Dream won over 9f at Wolverhampton in December and has gone up 2lb as a result and given her previous efforts she looks worth taking on here with Mythical Charm.
