Verdict

Molly Carew ran well on her reappearance last season and won later at Ffos Las, though would have preferred more give in the ground than she’ll get here. THE KINGS BABY, on the other hand, will have found the going too soft at Southwell after a break but she still found only one too good and will take some beating here if that has blown away a few cobwebs. Definitelyanoscar was second at Huntingdon last month but never looked like winning so needs more while Really Super hasn’t taken to fences. Skewiff won at Uttoxeter at the start of the year, however, and has been in fair form over hurdles lately. Kentford Mallard made a winning start over fences at Worcester in May but jumped poorly and was well beaten on her return to action on the same track.
