In depth

Verdict

Jemimaville was engaged in the 4.15 here yesterday and the result could be important as she has a definite chance here on her second to Silvee here last month. Song Of Praise has won three times in her career - all on Polytrack - and has dropped dramatically in the weights after a string of defeats. She's not out of this nor is the veteran Ever Cheerful, another who has only ever scored on the all-weather though it's almost three years since his last success. Royal Acclamation returns from a long absence and generally needs a run to put him straight, though he can race from the same mark as when successful over 7f here in March. Willie Musson tries FINAL RHAPSODY in a visor for the first time and if they have the desired effect the five-year-old, who scored from just 2lb lower at Bath in October, looks the one to be on.
