        Verdict

        JAZEEL is penalised for winning at Lingfield earlier but went close over track and trip last month and may have enough to hold off the attentions of Dragon Mountain. The latter passed the post third when starting favourite here last time but was later disqualified when his jockey weighed-in light. Nuits St Georges disappointed at Salisbury after making a promising start at Sandown while Doctor Jazz, a half-brother to winners on the all-weather makes more appeal than fellow newcomer Praeceps.
