      Verdict

George Guru has the best recent form with an improved effort over 7f here last month, while Moannaa has four winning relatives and makes most appeal of the newcomers. However, three powerful yards have horses returning from a lay-off and the winner looks likely to come from that trio. Songburst wasn't disgraced on his debut at Lingfield back in February and, though Press Office never figured on his debut at Newmarket in May, Frankie prefers him to stablemate and newcomer Sadeek's Song. MOONSCAPE went close when second on his introduction at Leicester in October last year and Sir Michael Stoute is likely to have him ready for his belated reappearance - he gets the vote to go one better.
