The strong-travelling mare ABSA LUTTE can win again at the main expense of Anne Of Kiev and Glamorous Spirit. Pat Morris' mare is a real looker and is sure to make the most wonderful broodmare when returned to those duties. However for the time being she continues to rattle up wins here a Kempton and a 4lb rise in the weights for her beating of the unexposed Zegna may be lenient. Her jockey knows her well (unbeaten in three runs together) and they can win again. Anne Of Kiev should come on for a recent Lingfield run and is respected on her December beating of subsequent winner Colorus, Lord Of The Reins looks poorly handicapped, whilst fellow course and distance winner Thoughtsofstardom is now just 3lb above his last winning mark and his run last time was too bad to be true. Canadian Danehill is a major player off this mark if anywhere near his best but he looks very regressive, so a bigger threat is top-weight Glamorous Spirit. She was less than two lengths behind the selection last time out and she looks fairly-weighted for another crack at her. A great little sprint, but granted a true pace it could be hard to stop Absa Lutte winning again.
