Verdict

The puzzles get no easier and MASTER PEGASUS is purely a speculative selection to send punters home happy. Third over ten furlongs last time at Great Leighs, the drop back in trip should not unduly inconvenience Master Pegasus who is well handicapped judged on his last winning mark which was 80, just over 12 months ago. Blinkers are not surprisingly applied to Moon Crystal who did not look the most resolute last time. Having hit the front, she threw away her winning advantage and may not be one to instil full trust in. Zazous and Flying Goose are others that should not be far way but Master Pegasus is given the vote.
