In depth

Verdict

OCEAN BAY should be winning this if running anywhere near his official mark. Beaten three lengths in Group 2 company last year, he was well beaten in a Listed race at Newmarket on his belated comeback but John Ryan looks to have found him a good opportunity to open his account here. The inconsistent Perfect Mission is clear second best if producing one of his better efforts, although Chasin' Rainbows finished a promising third here on her debut and Ready When You Are will have come on for her recent return to action at Ffos Las.
