Verdict

Both Godolphin horses have a shout but Saeed Bin Suroor has won two of the three previous renewals so Think Ahead is preferred to Holiday Magic. But SPIRIT RAISER (NAP) is lurking at the bottom of the handicap having been beaten only a head off a similar mark at Newbury last time. She won over track and trip in June and gets the nod. Peril continues to improve and steps up in trip as he bids for a hat-trick while Accession went close at Newmarket on his penultimate start. Steelriver has been thereabouts over 6f of late while Yeager finished runner-up over 1m2f in the Zetland Gold Cup at Redcar back in May.
