Verdict

Baldadash had some decent form in point-to-points earlier in his career and stayed on dourly to make all over hurdles at Newton Abbot earlier this month. Young Cheddar has been looking one-paced over timber and may do better over fences while it will be interesting to see how Experimentalist takes to the larger obstacles as he could be well handicapped - he makes more appeal than the mare Pagham Belle. ETANIA was easy to back last time at Stratford but finally got her act together to hold off the rallying Thoresby, who had beaten her easily earlier at Leicester. That should have given her confidence her boost and she can defy an 8lb rise in the ratings.
