Verdict

D DAY put a poor debut effort behind him when making all at Newbury. He returned a wide-margin winner and looks likely to defy a penalty with any further progress. Restless Endeavour makes a quick reappearance having finished runner-up over 7f at Chelmsford at the end of last week while Lyricist Voice ran well for a long way over today’s trip at Newcastle on his debut. Rajguru finished in front of Robert Frost when second over 6f at Chelmsford while the newcomer Go Bob Go represents last year’s winning yard.
