Latin Lashes and FLORESTANS MATCH could prove to be a cut above this opposition although the once-raced pair of Ma Quillet and Cuddly should be monitored for signs of confidence. Latin Lashes has to bounce back from a poor run at Lingfield and, whilst she may well do so, the percentage call is to side with Ralph Beckett's filly who has had the misfortune on her last two outings to bump into fillies who went on to win in Pattern company on their next starts. As such, an average maiden such as this should be well within her grasp. Ma Quillet showed ability at Sandown in a race that has worked out well enough and is interesting whilst Cuddly was well held after rearing at the start at Ripon but is precociously bred and could well leave that form behind.
