    Verdict

Cheeky Rascal has yet to win on the Flat but went close to doing so at Lingfield last time while Thunderoad is another looking for his first win having been narrowly beaten at Wolverhampton recently. Avorisk Et Perils won over a mile in November and has placed here subsequently but has a bit to prove over this far and TEBAY is preferred. The latter finally came good in a classified race at Chelmsford a fortnight ago having started last year on a 20lb higher mark and another bold bid is expected representing last year’s winning yard.
