      Verdict

Hot Spark, Santefisio and Avon Lady all have claims on the book but are making their seasonal debuts, as is Divine Call who would have been the selection if he hadn't been dealt the worst of the draw. Whispering Spirit is inconsistent and Caprio is best in claimers nowadays so it could pay to stick with THUNDERBALL. He's won two of his last three starts over C&D under today's promising apprentice and, given he was eased in the closing stages last time, is taken to confirm running with Street Power today.
