In depth

Verdict

There's not that much between these in a tight handicap but HIDDEN LINK has plenty of scope and the form of his victory at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago is working out. Ron Harris' charge beat today's rival and subsequent winner Great Ormond on that occasion and takes him on again on better terms. Inessa Armand had Rose Ransom five lengths behind when second at Lingfield last time and is preferred to Easy Life, placed in maiden company here the last twice without threatening the winner.
