In depth

Verdict

Men Don't Cry finished a close-up third on his seasonal return over 7f at Wolverhampton and won't be far away here with a similar effort. However, WATANEE scored over C&D on her handicap debut last week when stepping up to a mile for the first time and there looks more to come from Clive Brittain's filly over today's trip. Songbird Blues will do well to reverse latest running with the selection but both King's Future and Artful Lady ran into a place on their latest starts and should be on the premises again. Trusting makes most appeal of the remainder on her return to action.
