        Verdict

        Copperwood beat Herbalist, Tartan Gigha and Gabrial's Hope in a Lingfield seller in December. He should figure again along with Sutton Sid, who also won a plating race at the same track earlier this month. Top Diktat looks a threat dropped in class in an effort to end a long losing run, but MY LORD arrives in better form and looks a safer proposition. He returned to the Flat with victory in a handicap at Wolverhampton after a successful spell over hurdles and Tony Carroll's charge is fancied to follow up in this lesser company.
