Verdict

Gower Princess got her head up on the line when dropped back to 5f here last time and Gulland Rock also recorded a narrow-margin victory over the minimum trip at Musselburgh on his handicap debut. Black Geronimo makes more appeal having gone close over 6f at Wolverhampton recently with Tom Queally taking over the reins today. Caesars Gift may finish closer now handicapping for the first time and the same comment applies to MONARCH MAID. A repeat of her third at Windsor in August should see her bang there at the finish and she gets the nod.
