In depth

Verdict

Dessie Hughes has some good chances tonight and Eyre Apparent is certainly one of them despite a disappointing run at Cork last time. His earlier efforts on quicker ground over shorter trips point to his obvious chance here but CLOUDED THOUGHTS finished in front of him in that Cork event and, as that was only his second start over hurdles after some strong bumper form, he looks one to follow. Kilcross Boy has shown ability in bumpers and has the pedigree to make it over jumps while Father Shine was still travelling easily when brought down in a handicap here last time.
