Verdict

The champion trainer has his first runner of the new campaign and though STAY HUMBLE was beaten when odds-on at Cork he'll probably be too good for these. Trappist Monk made a promising start at Fairyhouse and looks certain to be suited by the longer trip. He holds the more experienced Dinons on that run and looks the main threat. Macgiloney made his debut under Rules over hurdles at Fairyhouse and may find one or two of these too quick.
