Ballyoisin has had nine starts over fences, winning three times and falling in another four. He had a spin over hurdles at Punchestown to put him straight and would go close with a clear round. SHANESHILL (NAP) has invariably competed at the top level over hurdles and fences as he did when behind Faugheen at Punchestown. This represents a drop in grade and he can get back to winning ways. His stable companion American Tom hasn't won over fences since making a successful debut in 2016 and he's generally been found wanting at this level. Jett couldn't quite get up in a Thurles Listed event in March and may be found wanting but Alisier D'Irlande, though a little inconsistent, would have a chance if the ground turned heavy. Val De Ferbet won on the Flat at Clonmel earlier this month though he hasn't shown his best form over fences for some time.
