Verdict

Joanna Morgan wastes no time bringing out DAIGREEN under a penalty after his convincing victory on heavy ground at Ballinrobe on Tuesday. He had been raised 9lb for his previous success and will go up much more than the 5lb extra he carries here so should complete a hat-trick. Jappeli is also penalised for last week's Tipperary victory and he's another well handicapped at present. He stayed on very strongly over that 7f trip on testing ground and will have no problems with the long distance here. Pepparpot showed progressive form as a juvenile and returned to action with a fine effort on fast ground at Tipperary in May. He hasn't been seen subsequently so the lay-off coupled with very heavy ground may just prove too much for him. Benalex Park has been performing consistently over 7f but has gone up in the ratings without winning and faces a couple of in-form rivals.
